Filling is a task carried out by a machine that packages liquid products such as cold drinks or water . This project deals with the concept of IOT based bottle filling and capping machine. An automated machine is designed which consist of a conveyor and a filling mechanism which detects the bottle on the conveyor and automatically fills it. The system consist of automated capping mechanism which caps the bottle once the bottle is filled on the conveyor. The bottle moves over the conveyor which is detected by the filling station where it is filled. The bottle then is passed to the capping station where the cap is inserted on the bottle and moved to the cap tightening station. The cap tightening station then tightens the cap on the bottle. This project discusses the innovative solution for automatic bottle filling and capping machine. The Number of bottles passed over the conveyor are counted and the IOT application is also developed as a part of this project which displays the number of bottles moved over the conveyor.
