Voice Controlled Hospital Beds with Health Monitoring and SMS Alerts

The lack of attention towards particular patients due to over increasing crowd in hospital premises is increasing day by day. The paralyzed patients are the ones who are most affected by this due to the inability of movement. This project deals with concept of development of voice control smart hospital beds. The beds developed in this project can be adjusted for inclination using voice commands and speech recognition system. The proposed objective is  is to build a prototype bed which can respond to basic commands and helps the user to recline, incline and command for a food table which also monitors the minimum spacing required for the bed to incline or recline using a mechanism and therefore, sends a feedback to the system warning about the spacing between them. The patient can command using a microphone which will use the speech recognition to detect the voice command by the patient and then automatically take the expected action in the voice command. The proposed project also implements health monitoring system which will check the body parameters of the patient using smart wearable device and display it on the LCD display present on the bed
