We ship through reputed courier companies to ensure safe and fast delivery.
If Product is in stock, we dispatch the product with in 24 hours of your order otherwise we will take 8 to 15 days for the dispatch depending on the product. The lead time for each is mentioned on the product page which is advised to be referred
Depending on the project ordered, we may chose air or surface courier depending on the availability. Please confirm with technical support before placing the order.
Any delay caused by courier company or India post is not our responsibility.
Due to the nature of the products on the website, no returns are acceptable.
State Taxes(if any) will be paid by courier company and collected from buyer. it is the responsibility of buyer to pay these taxes.
shipping charges are extra that depends on weight and quantity of product and comes automatically when you purchase a product.
Returns and warranty, if any , have been mentioned with particular products in product information page.
We accept returns in case of wrong product delivery with original packing with in 2 days.
Once order is confirmed, no cancellation will be entertained.
We process only prepaid orders.
If order is cancelled by our end for any reason, we will refund the full amount back to your account or card whichever is applicable with in 10 working days.
If order is failed or cancelled and money gets deducted from your account, then your paid amount will be automatically refunded back to your card or account whichever is applicable.
Refunds
Refunds are applicable only if the wrong product is delivered in which case the customer is requested to send the product back and full money will be refunded once the product is received.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should drop a mail to support@robosapprojects.com with the order details and reason for return request. The Further procedure will be notified over the mail.
